Allied Trustee Services relocated their existing offices with a goal of streamlining company processes and employee efficiency. Williams + Paddon endeavored to design within a tight budget tenant improvements that provide all employees with a functional work environment, areas for retreat and relaxation, and visual access to the outdoors. Studies have proven that Williams + Paddon’s design philosophy of “the right to natural light” increases employee retention and company productivity by creating more happy, loyal, responsive representatives of the firm. The office includes a public lobby with a secure transaction window, a private secure employee entry, a conference room with double barn doors, designer lighting, a break area with a chalk board wall for personalization, two employee lounges, private offices, open offices and a work/mailroom.
