These studies provide the planning tools necessary to transform 59 acres in the North Central Roseville Specific Plan into a high quality mixed-use retail and office campus. The built environments are linked internally by a series of common elements: groupings of buildings with the use of plazas and common areas; a well defined vehicular and pedestrian circulation system; multiple access points to bike trails and the adjoining Summerhill Park; and unifying landscape and entry elements. Flexibility in the design of individual building projects will encourage creativity and allow for distinctive and high quality architectural applications.
