The Public Golf Clubhouse is designed to offer its guest a high level of service similar to a private club. The layout has been thoughtfully considered to assist the staff in providing the best customer experience. The plan includes an entry lounge, golf shop, bar & grill, restaurant, private dining rooms, kitchens for both restaurants and golf operations offices. Cart storage, bag lockers, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and a caddy locker room are at the level below. The floors are linked by an elevator and stair providing efficient circulation. The open space of the dining area is meant to have a view of the water golf course. With the extensive use of exterior glass, moveable walls open to covered decks, expanding the seating capacity of the dining room and allowing a broad view of the 18th green, and 1st tee boxes for the 1st and 10th. Extensive use of natural materials, exposed wood structure, an indoor/outdoor double-sided fireplace will be the centerpiece for the bar & grill. It will create a relaxed atmosphere for the golfer. The exterior design of the building uses architectural elements and material characteristics of the resort hotel, residential towers and conference center, creating a cohesive resort experience.
