Williams + Paddon has worked on several projects on this vast campus including three office buildings for a total of 312,000 SF combined, and a Food Service/Fitness Center.  Responsibilities included strategic programming and space layout used as the basic philosophy for campus space planning, department programming, space plan and construction document overview, interior design and furniture specification. The campus was designed on “Developer Model” for flexibility, cost effectiveness, and exit strategy with strong pedestrian connection between buildings, use of native rock in landscaping and rock walls and expansive exterior people places with use of landscaping and flatwork.
