Trilogy at La Quinta is at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains in the Coachella Valley of California. Facilities for the community includes the Santa Rosa Community Clubhouse, an Golf Clubhouse, Spa, Lap and Recreational Swimming Pools, and Tennis Courts adjacent to a primary water feature of the 18-hole golf course.

The golf clubhouse features full amenities including Azul restaurant and bar and outdoor seating to take full advantage of the beautiful golf course and the Santa Rosa Mountain views. The outdoor seating area includes special movable walls that allow more seating areas to be opened up to the outside for special events. The clubhouse is the home of the PGA Tour Merrill Lynch Skins Game, and has been tested and tried by professional golf players including Phil Mickelson, Fred Couples, Mark O’Meara, Annika Sorenstam and Tiger Woods. The Santa Rosa Club is a two level steel frame community clubhouse that continues a lineage of “Desert Modernism” that flourished in the Palm Springs area in the 1930’s by architects such as Albert Frey and Richard Neutra.

Educational amenities include a multi-purpose learning center with a computer technology lab and an arts and crafts room. Social spaces include a grand living room, a cyber café, a mail center, a billiards room and a banquet facility capable of accommodating 180 guests. Recreational amenities include an aerobics room, a fitness equipment area, an indoor running track, a lap pool, a play pool, and men’s and women’s lockers/showers.
