This multi-disciplinary law firm is located on the 10th and 11th floors of 400 Capital Mall. After over 20 years at this location, the firm remodeled their suite to create efficiencies in space, reevaluate the work environment, and align with their branding—all within the landlord’s tenant improvement allowance. Williams + Paddon designed the space within the project’s cost parameters: new lighting in the work areas, moveable partitions to create flexible space, new modular workstations, spacious and energetic break rooms that doubles as decompress and casual work space. Aesthetics was incorporated by blending glass walls, light colors, and rich woods to create enhanced lighting and an open, airy space despite the deep floor plates in this high-rise that had prevented access to natural light in the center. Finally, “Weintraub Red” punctuates the neutrals and draws dramatic attention to the firm’s brand.
